OUR STORY


George walked into a coffee shop on Robinson street.

He had just gotten off the phone with his partner/ buyer’s agent, who had just broken the news to him that she was retiring. After getting a coffee, he noticed a friend of his from work sitting with another man whom he’d never met. George went over to say hello.

Remington was looking for a new challenge.

So he lined up a meeting at a local coffee shop with a mentor of his who worked in commercial real estate. During their conversation, a man came over to say hello. He was a friend of Rem’s mentor, who introduced himself as George Cumming.

A quick hello turned into a long, energetic, conversation.

The two talked about everything from bikes to beards to where they saw the city of Richmond going. Turns out they had a lot of goals in common. That’s when George’s famous intuition kicked in. He told Rem to write down his email address. Rem, a real go-getter, told George he could remember it. He did, and sent an email later that day. The next afternoon, they sat down at George’s house, and, by the end of the night, George had hired Rem. Since then, they’ve cultivated their impressive partnership into a Diamond-rated brokerage, known and trusted to consistently get their clients exactly what they want, and then some.
